SAFe Summit Europe, Sorrento
For the third consecutive year, we delivered full technical production for SAFe Summit Europe, organised by our long-term US client Scaled Agile, Inc.
This year’s edition took place at the Hilton Sorrento Palace, Italy, bringing complex event production into a challenging historic location.
What we delivered
- Main stage production featuring a 14 × 5 m LED wall
- Full audio, video and lighting setup for the plenary hall
- Six fully equipped breakout rooms
- First live deployment of our new professional sound system
- Presentation and video control via high-end switching systems
- Multi-camera live recording (5 cameras) in the main hall
- Design and build of 12 exhibition booths
- Complete event branding, interior and exterior hotel graphics, including a roadside billboard
The challenge
Delivering a multi-room international conference in a Southern European venue required precise coordination of technology, logistics and local crews.
Limited access routes, tight schedules and language differences increased the complexity of the production from the initial load-in to the final show days.
