Large-scale AV production for an international conference

We delivered full AV production for SAFe Summit Europe, an international conference focused on business agility and enterprise transformation.

The event took place at the InterContinental Berlin and hosted more than 700 attendees.

 What we delivered

• Main stage setup with 14 × 4 m LED wall
• Two side screens (7 × 4 m each)
• Full sound system, lighting and stage décor
• AV delivery for 7 breakout rooms (video and audio)
• Installation of 24 exhibition booths
• Complete event branding across the venue

The challenge

The event combined a large main stage programme with multiple parallel sessions across breakout rooms.

Ensuring consistent technical quality and smooth transitions between sessions required precise coordination across all spaces.

Our approach

We managed the entire production through one integrated AV team, covering main stage, breakout rooms and exhibition areas.

This ensured consistent delivery and clear communication throughout the event.
