For a conference installation at the INFINITY Hotel & Conference Resort Munich, we delivered a projection-based AV solution tailored to the specific constraints of the venue.

While LED walls are widely used in event production, projection remains the most effective solution in situations where rigging options are limited or where fast installation is required.

When LED is not the right solution, projection delivers

The challenge

The venue did not allow for heavy rigging or large structural builds required for LED walls.
At the same time, the installation needed to be completed within a limited timeframe without compromising image quality or audience visibility.

We designed a projection-based setup using high-performance laser projectors to achieve the required brightness and clarity.
The solution was tailored to the spatial constraints of the venue while ensuring a clean visual output for all attendees.
