Another international event successfully delivered — this time in Amsterdam. For one of our long-term international clients, our team supported yet another event abroad, with the same technical crew on site as at the two previous events earlier this year, ensuring a consistent and reliable delivery across all locations.
What we delivered
- Full technical set-up in the main hall, including LED screen, lighting, cameras and sound
- Expo area solution built from our LED posters, combined into a single Full HD visual surface
- Circular stage design complemented by an LED strip
- Dedicated sound systems for the meeting rooms
- Continuity of the same technical team across multiple international events within the same year
The challenge
Delivering a consistent technical standard across a series of international events in different countries requires more than equipment — it requires the same trusted team on site each time, familiar with the client's expectations and able to adapt quickly to a new venue and format.
Our approach
Rather than assembling a new crew for each location, we kept the same technical team on every event in the series, combining local venue know-how with continuity of people and process.
