High-profile executive event for a global payments company

We delivered full AV production and technical coordination for a large-scale executive event in Prague for a global payments company.

The multi-day event combined conference sessions, evening programmes and several venue transformations, requiring precise planning, large-scale lighting design and seamless technical delivery.

The challenge

The event required extensive technical installation and frequent stage transformations throughout the programme.

Production days ran from early morning until late evening, with multiple session formats and rapid scene changes across conference, networking and evening segments.

The scale of the setup required careful coordination of technical crews, lighting installation and staging logistics during a demanding installation schedule.

Our approach

To maintain clear communication with the client and production team, we implemented a dedicated Visual Architect (VA) role focused solely on the client experience rather than operating technical control systems.

This approach ensured that the client always had a single point of contact while the technical teams could focus fully on the execution.

 Production scale

The event included:

  • Over 100 Astera fixtures
  • More than 100 moving lights
  • Newly deployed Portman fixtures
  • 300 metres of decorative lighting
  • A large curved LED screen integrated into the stage design
  • The installation required around 50 technicians on the first build day and a lighting crew of 15 specialists.

The event was delivered successfully across both venues, combining technical precision with a visually striking stage environment.

Feedback from the international production team was extremely positive, highlighting the quality of the AV production and the smooth execution of a technically demanding event.
