As part of an international event delivery in Barcelona, we provided a complete technical and creative solution for the main hall at the Grand Hyatt Barcelona.
The project combined detailed technical planning, in-house creative development and precise on-site execution.

From technical design to flawless on-site execution

Our approach

We followed a proven three-step process to ensure full control over the technical and visual outcome of the event.

1. Technical design and spatial planning

The project started with a detailed technical design prepared by our project manager.
A complete spatial model was created in SketchUp, covering:

  • Stage and structure layout
  • LED wall positioning
  • Lighting positions
  • Camera setup and control room placement
  • Stage scenography including furniture and studio elements
  • Verification of seating capacity together with the full AV setup

This phase ensured that the selected venue layout fully supported both the technical requirements and the expected number of attendees.

2. Visualisation and creative development

The technical model was then transformed into realistic visual renders by our in-house graphic studio, Creative Lab.
These renders incorporated client branding and allowed simulation of different content presets on the LED walls.

Thanks to this step, we were able to validate in advance:

  • Content visibility from audience viewpoints
  • The overall visual balance and stage appearance

3. On-site delivery

The final on-site setup matched the approved design precisely.

When the final event photography closely aligns with the original visualisation, it confirms that the planning and execution worked exactly as intended.

The event was delivered without compromises in quality, timing or visual consistency.
The combination of stage design, LED podium, décor and AV technology created a strong visual impact and a clear experience for all attendees.
