Full-scale AV production for a global sports broadcast event

We delivered complete technical production for the FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup 2026 Draw Ceremony — including the Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony — held at the iconic Kraftwerk Berlin, a former power plant turned world-class event venue.

The evening was broadcast live to more than 40 countries worldwide, with two distinct set-ups running across two floors of the venue.

The challenge

Kraftwerk Berlin's raw industrial layout is as demanding as it is spectacular. Delivering two fully independent configurations across separate floors, each with its own technical requirements, while maintaining broadcast quality for a live international audience left no room for error.

The programme combined the prestige of a Hall of Fame induction with the global visibility of a World Cup draw, requiring both technical precision and production finesse throughout.

A single integrated crew handled both set-ups end to end, from installation through rehearsals to live operation, ensuring consistent quality and tight coordination across every space.
